Lightning Protection

It has been a while i say some things in this blog...guess i should say i was a little busy with work. Actually I'm working in an engineering company which gives lightning protection solution. We can provide protections for tall buildings, condos, offices, towers you name it. I'm grateful that i work in an established company surrounded by experienced lightning specialists.

Good thing is, last Sunday the Star's newspaper showed an article regarding lightning storms in Malaysia. It shows facts and figures and also some cases of damages of electronic equipments due to lightning strikes, damaged houses and also deaths. People ought to know these facts. Sadly, and honestly, there are about 90% of properties in this country are not equipped with lightning protections. So please put that in mind.

Labor Day

Thank god today is holiday...really need a rest from work..glad that I could have a long weekend this time. I thought of going to watch movies last night at the curve but gosh the traffic was horrible! Guess everyone else was thinking the same thing as me. So in the end I drove back home and watched my downloaded movies at the tv instead. Well at least its free for me, I don't need to pay for the tickets, just to make me feel better.

I read an article from a newspaper saying that property buyers are still low at this time around even thought the mortgage interest rates are already low, people are still reluctant to invest in properties. Some are still waiting for the prices to fall again, maybe we still haven't reached the bottom price yet i suppose.

And now i wish to enjoy and appreciate my holiday every second of it. Enjoy your long weekend.

Sunny Saturday

The air is so fresh in the morning of saturday and its gonna be a sunny day i guess...i'm sure by afternoon the temperature is going to reach to the top and that is when all of us should start turning on the air-conditioners.

Back to business, I would like to ask all the home sellers for permission to advertise their house in my blog here. Bear in mind that there will be no fees and I suggest that it is recommended to put some photos of the house, interior as well as exterior, and also a floor plan, so that our buyers would have a clearer picture about the house. And as for me, I would love to take those photos voluntarily as I understand what buyers would want to see especially from the inside of the house. Getting around the area of the house is also important. So leave all the explanation to me later on.

Just Opened

Hi good day everyone! Rain poured down heavily in these past few days around Kuala Lumpur. It was devastating to many of us. However today, which is Saturday, I had a wonderful Nasi Lemak breakfast with Teh Tarik in a local restaurant in TTDI.
